Hi, I'm Amy, Director of Amplified Development Solutions.
I started Amplified because I kept seeing the same problem: HR and L&D support that looked good on paper but never really landed. I wanted to do things differently.
With almost a decade of experience across startups, SMEs, and global businesses throughout Europe, including leading the HR function for a high-growth startup through 300% growth across Germany and France, I've built my career on making people support practical and genuinely impactful. I bring that same combination of HR and L&D expertise to every business I work with, having designed and delivered development programmes for organisations ranging from 30 employees to over 1,800, and recognised in 2023 with Learning Technologies' Thirty Under Thirty award.
